Responsibilities & duties
-Working from our main warehouse under the management of project and site manager, your role will be to assist in the smooth running of the warehouse. To ensure timely and accurate delivering/ordering of all stock to Technicians on a supply and need basis through achievement of both company and external quality systems and to act as a secondary point of contact for our Technicians. To take an active role in the direction and delivery of all stock. To ensure best practice methods are used in the execution of all deliveries and ordering. To advocate our vision and values at all times. To be responsible for the quality of our delivery/ordering service to the Technicians and staff at all times.
– ۷ to 10 years’ experience
To ensure all paper work is processed with 100% accuracy
– To ensure transfer orders are processed within 24 hours of activation
– To ensure that purchase orders are approved within 24 hours of creation
– To ensure all pro forma invoices are resolved within 24 hours of receipt
-To ensure all deliveries suppliers are received within 24 hours of the delivery date specified on the order acknowledgment
Exhibiting Company values measure through 1 to 1 and appraisal system
-To ensure all in-stock items are delivered to Technicians within 3days of ordering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-To keep an up-to-date inventory of warehouse.
– To raise transfer orders and carry out required administration for this function
– To chase deliveries from suppliers and advise Technicians of any delays
-To deal with stock requisitions
– To carry out general stock administration
– To source current and new products
-To achieve all set standards for the delivery/ordering of all items of stock
-To aid in the accuracy of paperwork at all times
Ensure all computer related work is on time and accurate
– To maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times wearing company working suit
-To maintain close liaison with our Purchasing &Logistics Manager
– To liaise with our other offices where applicable
-To have flexible working patterns
The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with teams, oversee the operations within our company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of our company.
-۱ to 3 years of experience in a senior support role-working in engineer and construction environment
-Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Management of office equipment
-Handling external or internal communication or management systems
-Managing clerical or other administrative staff
-Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
-Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
-Support the project site team by assisting with enquiries, expediting, procurement, providers
-Maintain accurate project site records by completing project documentation filling, maintain the register of site personnel by inputting all staff movements and reporting all staff working on projects
